The Tree House is the culmination of hopes and dreams of all the children in our community. The playground is unique to the needs and wants of the children and their families. Designers met with school children, encouraging them to draw attractions and add to the fun of what is now the Tree House Playground. If you dream it, you can play on it. The designers compiled the feedback from and gave a grand unveiling of the drawing.

This is worth breaking your piggy bank for! The Tree House is completely funded by the generosity and giving from community businesses and individuals. Since this project is custom designed to meet the top safety standards for children of all abilities, it relies on the support of the community in Lititz as we work together to maintain this safe and beautiful playground for our children. Community Built
In September of 2020, the community joined together to build this playground. Over a period of ten days, over 550 community volunteers gathered together with hammers and screwdrivers in hand to complete the job fast! The onsite supervisors from Play by Design ensured that the Tree House project was completed quickly with safety and fun in mind. Once the playground was fully constructed, we held a FaceBook Live ribbon-cutting to signal that play time in Lititz has begun! We hope to hold a more grand celebration once it is safe to do so.
